Much of the commercial property in our area consists of small businesses.  Owners often require a professional estimate of real estate value.  By focusing on the relevant factors affecting value, a concise and to-the-point narrative report is usually provided to clients.  As a result, the quality of the appraisal is maintained, and the fee is kept at a reasonable level.

Appraisals are also provided with any level of research and analysis required by the client.  If the appraisal is for a lender, all necessary or special requirements can be met by a full narrative appraisal report.  This type of analysis is typically for mid-size and multi-tenant commercial property.  Appraisals are performed in Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren Counties, Michigan.

Mid-Size Commercial and Small Industrial
